Life Scribe

Life Scribe offers a variety of research packages to help you discover your family history. Upon completion of the research, all the information is analyzed and compiled into an easy to read report, giving a full account of the family history discovered. Clients receive the report and all of the documents found during the research. Upon client request, the information also can be input into a computer and presented in the form of pedigree charts and other reports.

Research projects under 10 hours of research are $75 an hour.

Other research packages are:

Bronze: $650 (10 hours of research at $65 an hour).

Silver: $1,200 (20 hours of research at $60 an hour).

Gold: $2,200 (40 hours of research at $55 an hour).

Platinum: $5,000 (100 hours of research at $50 an hour).

For an additional $125, your family history research, including all reports, charts and documents, can be placed in a special family history binder for easy accessibility.

Consultation: Life Scribe provides consultation services in the Dallas, Texas, area to help you in your own research of your family tree.  Fee: $125

Other services include:

The Legacy Letter: A  letter from an individual to children and future generations. Based on a personal interview, the letter documents the narrator's beliefs, values and hopes for the future. Contact us for a free consultation. Fee: $275

Vignette: A one-hour recorded interview with one or two narrators. We will scan a photo to accompany the story and produce a one-page story or anecdote on archival paper. A cassette or compact disc of the interview is also yours to keep. Contact us for a free consultation.
